The chalet, located at 1,400 m above sea level, is situated on Ackerstrasse in Binn, a small and original Valais mountain village in the heart of the Binntal Nature Park. An asphalted access road to the property is possible up to about 50 m. From here, a footpath with stairs leads to the house. A motorized cart can be used for material transport to drive to the house without any problems. There are several parking options near the public parking lot of the Binn municipality for parking a vehicle.

This charming chalet was built in the early 1980s and presents itself in its original condition. The property has approximately 100 m2 of living space and stands on a private plot of around 590 m2.

General Information about Binn
Hidden in the southern side valley of the Rhone Valley, in the picturesque district of Goms, lies the Binntal – a place of rare beauty and originality.
