The Sciresa Residence represents a high-quality and sustainable housing solution, located in Faido-Mairengo in the middle Leventina Valley.

The concept of the offer is highly sustainable and energy-saving terraced houses. The houses are built with the highest standard of construction with a wooden load-bearing structure, with the highest levels of technical and design planning.
