The very well-developed rustico is located in a small hamlet with 15 rusticos that belong to Lodano. The hamlet is quiet and surrounded by vineyards, meadows, and a small stream. When renovating, luxury was deliberately avoided to preserve the characteristic elements of the rustic building. Thus, in the kitchen, you will find a very beautiful wooden floor, the interior walls partially plastered so that the old stones are visible. The exterior walls on the ground floor are built with a double wall to keep the rooms dry and warmer. All rooms in the rustico have direct access to the outside, and from the small attic, you can also go directly outside. The forecourt to the kitchen is paved with the typical stone mosaic, the stone table with stone benches shaded by a vine pergola. There is the possibility to connect the rustico to the power grid, the lines are laid up to the house. The water supply comes from the municipality, and the wastewater disposal is via a community seepage pit.Parking possibilities are 15-20 meters away from the house.Lodano belongs to the municipality of Maggia.
