Via a staircase from the public parking lot, you can reach the house on a slope. The main entrance is also reached via stairs. The upper floor is open-plan.

The entrance area leads to the kitchen, which has an exit to a terrace and the outdoor area, and to the staircase to the lower floor. A fireplace separates the living/dining area from the kitchen.

The living room has a small balcony and an open ceiling view with an intermediate floor that offers an additional sleeping possibility.

On the lower floor, there are two small bedrooms with access to the garden and the bathroom with shower/WC, as well as a small technical room.
