The professionally perfectly built rustico is located quietly and sunny at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level in Semione in the district of Serravalle in the beautiful Blenio Valley, also known as the "Sunny Valley".
The rustico is surrounded by a tree population that offers shady spots around the house in the summer and greets the sun in the winter.
From the parking possibilities on the access road, stairs and steps embedded in the ground lead to the house.
The entrance leads to the upper floor with a living room with open kitchen and a Swedish stove. The staircase to the lower floor separates the living and dining area. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom and the staircase/ladder to the attic.
This area under the roof slope, which is above the kitchen and bathroom, can be used as an additional sleeping place.
Deep-seated windows lead to the balcony and the garden and let in a lot of light into the room. On the lower floor is the bedroom, also with a large glass door that leads to a cozy seating area.
The upper garden area is evenly laid out; a path paved with stone slabs leads to another seating area with a pergola, stone benches, a stone table with a wooden surface and a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. A shed is available for garden tools and wood.
The rustico is insulated from the inside and therefore habitable all year round.
