5.5 room House in Uster

RETHINKING TERRACED HOUSES

On Sonnhaldenstrasse 25 in Uster, four terraced houses are being built in a special concept that combines thoughtful architecture, spacious outdoor areas, and panoramic views. Here you live at a good address, the attractive hillside location offers the best sunlight, generously green outdoor spaces, and beautiful distant views. What resembles a multi-family house in its appearance is four cleverly interlocking houses. The architectural principle "house in a house" connects them to form a coherent whole while preserving the independence of each unit.

In this quiet single-family home neighborhood, you enjoy the advantages of the city with nature right outside your door

Depending on the house type, private seating areas with surrounding gardens, a private garden share, or extensive terraces with unique views offer a variety of outdoor spaces. Thus, four individual homes are created that combine high living comfort and personal freedom. The REFH Sonnhaldenstrasse 25.2 forms the eastern middle house of the building with an attic floor and terraces.

Detailed information about the project and the individual houses can be found on our project homepage "Sonnhalden-Uster":
