1 rooms in Zürich

As of 1 October 2026 – or by arrangement – my room in our 2-person shared flat will be available. We are looking for a nice successor who will move into the beautiful 3.5-room apartment at Milchbuck.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a total living area of 74 m². My bedroom is 13 m² in size and also has a balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen. This balcony faces the inner courtyard, making it very quiet even with the window open. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a spacious shared living/dining room with a balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of storage space and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a washing tower (washing machine and dryer). There is a cellar compartment and a lift is also available.
The location is really great: the Milchbuck stop is directly on the other side of the street and is therefore practically in front of the door. This means you are very well connected and can get everywhere quickly. A Coop is only about a two-minute walk away.
The current rent is around CHF 1,340 per month (including internet and heating) and the tenancy is unlimited.
The apartment itself is unfurnished, but I would be happy to pass on some furniture in my room to you. Therefore, it would be ideal if you were interested in taking it over.
My preference would be to move in on 1 October, but I am generally flexible with the exact date.

Here's some information about your future roommate:
I am 26 years old and work as a veterinarian in a horse clinic. When I'm not at work, I like to be outdoors, meet friends, or spend time with horses. I would describe myself as uncomplicated, open, and reliable, and I look forward to a relaxed and pleasant cohabitation.
I am looking for a reliable, quiet, and respectful person. It's important to me that everyone feels comfortable in the shared flat and that we can also sit down together for a coffee or a joint dinner. At the same time, I think it's good if everyone has their own daily routine and retreat.
