* Directly opposite the Au peninsula (nature reserve), ideal for walking
* Kitchen with lake view and dishwasher
* Spacious and bright, remains pleasantly cool even in summer
* 2 bedrooms + 1 office (shared use possible, I work partly from home)
* Only two people in the apartment, enough space for retreat
* Little-used laundry room in the basement with 2 washing machines & dryer
* 10-minute walk to the lake promenade with swimming area, barbecue facilities, and volleyball court
* Shopping opportunities nearby
* Quick access to the highway
* Buses to Horgen & Wädenswil every 30 minutes, from there direct train to Zurich

**About me**
Hey, I'm Janany, 27 years old. I study medical informatics at the ZHAW Winterthur and work 60% alongside, partly from home. I'm rather quiet, open, and uncomplicated, and I appreciate a clean apartment. In my free time, I love cooking, doing Muay Thai, reading, hiking, or taking walks, and enjoying cozy movie nights. I also have 2 cats, quiet and cuddly, and definitely part of the shared apartment.

**I'm looking for**
I would like to found a women's shared apartment. For me, it's not just about renting a room, but about finding a person with whom a real community arises instead of a purely functional shared apartment. It's important to me that the atmosphere with us is welcoming and relaxing, so we can both really feel at home. Maybe we cook together from time to time, watch a movie, or sit on the balcony in the evening and chat a bit. I also appreciate it when each of us has our own time and our own retreat.

It's essential to me that you are cat-friendly and a non-smoker. Since I already have two cats, I unfortunately cannot accommodate any other pets. Otherwise, almost anything goes.
