1 rooms in Bern

In my quiet 3.5 room apartment on the ground floor, I'm looking for a roommate.
From mid-October to mid-December, I'll be traveling a lot and am therefore looking for someone who wants to live with me.
The neighborhood is close to the Aare (Engehalbinsel), central (8 minutes by train to Bern train station),
Beautiful winter garden, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer in the basement.
I'm quiet, on weekends my 13-year-old son is in the apartment (from Friday evening to Sunday evening), he likes to go to bed late :-)
Initially, I'd prefer a temporary arrangement, as I'll be traveling a lot in October-December, and from January onwards, I'll be working 3-4 days a week during the day.
If we get along well, I'd be happy to consider a longer-term arrangement.
Wi-Fi is included, and we can discuss the electricity costs.
