For September 15th or October 1st, a room is available in a 5-bedroom shared flat

We are looking for a woman or a couple to maintain balance within the shared flat. Currently, the flat is inhabited by 3 men and one woman.

The people living in the shared flat are all in their thirties. Everyone works and is active and enjoys outdoor activities 🏔️☘️👨‍🌾👩‍🌾🌼☀️. Due to our different work schedules and the outdoor activities we like to do, the shared flat is independent. However, we enjoy sharing meals and common moments when we cross paths at home.
Each month we have a meeting.

The room is 13.6m2 and the rent is 661 francs, including charges, it is possible that the estimated charges for the winter are slightly higher. If the room is taken over as a couple, the rent is higher since there is an additional person in the house.

There is a lot of storage space in the room with built-in wardrobes inside and outside and also an attic and a cellar.

In the house, there is a large garden, it is possible to grow vegetables, there are 3 cats 🐱 and a pond.

We do not accept people with a dog to maintain the balance of the cats 🐱
