Historic Hotel Bären in Reinach – attractive restaurant space for rent

In the heart of Reinach is the historic Hotel Bären, which is currently being completely renovated.

The property is being converted into modern living space and a beautiful restaurant with approximately 400 m² of space and a total of 20 apartments.

The construction work is expected to last until October. The restaurant can be rented from December or by agreement. If the restaurant is rented in its raw state, the interior construction can also begin earlier. The building permit has already been granted.
