In commission for the Pilatus Cooperative Association, we are renting out a renovated 1-room apartment in the Senior Settlement at Pilatusstrasse 51 as of 16.12.2026.

The rental is for persons aged 60+.

The apartment is bright and has a modern infrastructure. The living room is equipped with laminate or parquet flooring, the kitchen with a Novilon coating, and the wet area (shower) with ceramic tiles. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in cooker with a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer. Connections for a private washing machine or dishwasher are available.

The rent deposit is three months' rent (CHF 2'910.00).

On request, a car parking space in the building can be rented for CHF 120.00 per month.
