In our apartment house in the city center, we rent 16 high-quality furnished 1-room apartments.

The apartments are equipped with double beds (160 × 200 cm) and feature anti-allergic duvets and pillows, easy-to-care-for bed linen, and TVs.

The modern kitchens are fully equipped and offer complete kitchen utensils, induction cookers, and ovens. The bathrooms are equipped with generous oversized towels.

The rent includes all ancillary costs (electricity, water, heating, etc.) as well as WLAN, digital TV, and waste disposal.

On the ground floor, a communal laundry room with four washing machines and four tumble dryers is available for free use by tenants.

The apartment house includes the following apartment types:

Type A: 1-room apartment with shower and balcony

Type B: 1-room apartment with bathtub without balcony
