We are renting a bright 3-room apartment (80m2) on the 1st floor at St. Galler-Ring between Wanderstrasse and General-Guisanstrasse from November 2026.

The 1933 built house has a great, timeless floor plan with three large rooms (one with a beautiful rounded bay window) as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, kitchen with enough space for the dining table and a balcony on the west side.

Last year, we replaced the previous gas heating with a ground-source heat pump. This allows for sustainable heating and occasional light cooling in the summer months.
