In the lively Matthäusquartier, a lovingly renovated residential building awaits you, combining affordable living and neighborhood togetherness. Eight houses with a total of 50 apartments are connected by a green inner courtyard - a retreat where, after the completion of the overall renovation, you can play, laugh, and grill.
In addition to the idyllic inner courtyard, a community room will also invite you to exchange and linger in the future. The tenants will be actively involved in the design and use of the room.

Using solar power - electricity and heat from your own system
On the roof, a modern photovoltaic system provides environmentally friendly solar power. The tenants form an association for self-consumption (ZEV), which allows them to benefit from cheaper electricity prices. The additional demand is covered uncomplicatedly by the IWB, which also takes over the electricity billing.
Please note that the rent advertised here already includes a maximum rent contribution of CHF 150.- per month, which has been deducted from the net rent. For this apartment, we only consider applicants whose household income per year is less than CHF 70,000.- and who meet all the requirements for rent contributions from the Stiftung Habitat.
