Important note on the rental agreement

The property is intended for future demolition. The exact date of demolition is not yet fixed. The tenants will be informed at least three months in advance of the definitive demolition date. In the event of termination of the rental agreement due to the demolition of the property, an extension of the rental agreement is contractually explicitly excluded and not possible.

Viewings

Viewings take place at the following times:

-Wednesday: 6:00–8:00 PM

-Thursday: 6:00–8:00 PM
