We rent our beautiful and sunny attic apartment with gallery in a central location in the lively Lorraine quarter as of November 1, 2026.

The bright apartment offers around 100m² of living space, spread over 2.5 rooms. The gallery creates a natural subdivision of the living room, with 5 skylights providing plenty of natural light. The modern construction standard with good insulation ensures that the attic apartment remains pleasantly cool even in summer. If it gets too hot despite this, the Aare and the Botanical Garden are just a few meters away. Bern train station is a ten-minute walk away, and the public transportation connection is just around the corner.

The apartment includes a spacious, easily accessible basement compartment. Public parking spaces are located directly in front of the house entrance (blue zone). Alternatively, it is possible to rent one of the covered parking spaces behind the building.
