• A parking space in the garage can be rented for CHF 120.00 upon request.

The apartment is also characterized by a very central and quiet location. The apartment is located in a traffic-free district. Shopping opportunities are available in the district - public transport is nearby. More information about the Wittigkofen district can be found on the website www.wittigkofen.ch.

The property is already older and therefore construction measures are currently being planned. However, these are only possible from 2028 at the earliest
