On 1 January 2014 the former municipalities of Bibern (SO), Tscheppach, Brügglen, Aetingen, Aetigkofen, Gossliwil, Hessigkofen, Mühledorf (SO), Küttigkofen, Kyburg-Buchegg merged into the new municipality of Buchegg.
