The apartment

From November 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting a sunny apartment on the 2nd floor of our urban city property.

Through the striking glass facade, a lot of light enters the rooms and makes them shine in all their brightness.

Creamy white built-in furniture in the hallway and kitchen, modern electrical appliances, bathroom fixtures and fittings, as well as beautiful and at the same time low-maintenance parquet and plank floors underline the high construction standard. The construction is rounded off by a washing tower (washing machine + dryer) within the apartment and a top-equipped electrical and well-thought-out building concept.

Outdoor parking spaces can be rented separately for CHF 60.00 or a garage parking space for CHF 125.00 per month/space.

Heating and water costs are billed according to consumption, and other ancillary costs are billed according to a fixed distribution key.

Our property

The "Rütschi Tower" is closely connected to Brugg's late industrial history. Built in 1953 as an office building for the Rütschi Pump Factory, it has shaped the city's image in the northwest ever since. It is located on Herzogstrasse, which is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Brugg with its many shops, restaurants, cafes, and the train station.

Living space Brugg

Brugg is the center of the district of the same name and an important industrial, commercial, service, and educational location. The city is located at the foot of the Jura Mountains and at the water castle of Switzerland, where the Aare, Reuss, and Limmat rivers meet. In terms of traffic, Brugg is very well connected through the main train station and public transportation. You can reach the major Swiss cities (Bern, Zurich, and Basel) in a maximum of 1 hour's drive.
