🏠 Shared apartment in Chur is looking for new tenants!

Move-in from early January 2027
Our beautiful apartment in Chur is looking for people who want to found a new shared apartment, a couple, or a family! :)
At the end of December, we are moving out, which means three rooms will become available. For a shared apartment: As the main tenant, you can take over the apartment and at the same time decide who will move into the other two rooms.
For a couple or family - you can decide how to handle it yourself ;)

🏡 The apartment
The apartment offers a lot of space and a cozy atmosphere:

large living room with adjacent, spacious kitchen
3 rooms, two of which are located upstairs on the gallery, accessible via a staircase
balcony
2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub
own washing machine in the apartment
basement compartment for additional storage space
separate storage room for bicycles
quiet location in Chur
some pieces of furniture can be taken over when moving in
shopping possibilities in about 10 minutes' distance
post bus stop in about 10 minutes
bus stop in about 5 minutes and 12 minutes
7 minutes from the old town

Rent:
We have divided it as follows:
Room 1 and 2: 750 CHF / month
Room 3: 613 CHF / month (smaller room)
Total rent: 2,113 CHF
Ultimately, you can decide on the division!

We are currently three:
Leo (23) and Andrina (23) are both studying in the 5th semester of Multimedia Production. Recha (26) works as a coach for high-performance athletes in the field of snowboarding.

Since we are all moving out at the end of December, we are now looking for followers!
