The kitchen is very well equipped, with a beautiful layout. The sleeping area consists of a large master bedroom with many wall cupboards and an adjacent bathroom (bathtub, WC, sink and bidet), as well as a child's room or office served by a second bathroom (shower, WC, sink).

In the attic, a large attic is accessible by a retractable staircase from the apartment.
