The houses Ottigenbühlring 6 and 8 are located in a quiet area, away from through traffic, on a beautiful hillside. They are accessible by local bus, and the autobahn feeder road "Buchrain" is only a few minutes away. Kindergarten and schools are within a few steps.

In house 6, we are renting a sunny, quiet, and spacious 3.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor.

The tenants acknowledge that the properties Ottigenbühlring 6 + 8 in Ebikon will be demolished/rebuilt in February 2028 and a new development will be built, therefore a temporary rental contract is offered until January 31, 2028.
