According to our rental guidelines, families, single parents with children under 10 years old, and couples are preferred when renting apartments of 65 m² or more. Single people are also welcome to apply, but they will not be given priority.

Instead of a rental deposit, a cooperative capital of CHF 4,000.00 must be paid for this cooperative apartment. It is possible to pay the share capital in installments by prior agreement.
