4.5 rooms on the second floor, consisting of:
Available from November 1st, 2026 (date of entry into force of the lease) for an entry into the accommodation after the renovation work, around January 15th, 2027 (depending on the availability of suppliers)
Important information:
The rent is already adapted, so no increase. 10% of the total bill for floors and paintings will be charged to the tenant, except for the laying of parquet in the living room, which is offered free of charge.
To carry out the renovation work, we need a signed lease. As soon as this is the case, the apartments whose kitchen and bathroom we need to renovate will be rented with a lease for an entry into force before being able to enjoy the apartment. (Renovation work during this time). The rent must be paid immediately and the management will refund the net rent for the number of days that the apartment cannot be occupied by its tenant. It is therefore necessary to ensure that the rent can be paid without moving in immediately.
Example:
Lease from November 1st, 2026 (the rents for the months of November 2026, December 2026, and January 2027 (1/2) must be paid by the tenant, even if they do not move in).
Entry into the accommodation after the renovation work, (around 2.5 months later) around January 15th, 2027.
The management will refund the net rent for November 2026, December 2026, and January 2027 (1/2) after the completion of the renovation work.
Why the net rent and not the gross rent? Because the charges will be refunded to you in any case with the charge statement.
All requests for paintings or floors are to be paid by the tenant, up to 10% of the total bill (except for the free laying of parquet in the living room).
The photos of the kitchen are non-contractual; they allow you to project yourself, the apartment to visit not being renovated yet.
