The price includes WiFi, TV, bed linen, and towels. The free use of the washing machines and dryers on the second floor is included. Located directly in the city center, all major attractions such as the Chapel Bridge and the Lion Monument are within a few minutes' walk. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are right outside your doorstep. The weekly markets at Rathausquai and Helvetiaplatz take place every Tuesday and Saturday. Lucerne train station is also within less than 10 minutes' walk. For stays of 30 nights or longer, a deposit of CHF 2,000.00 (refundable) and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 will be charged. These payments must be made directly after booking confirmation. Please note the following important information about additional fees. Optional additional services will only be charged if selected by the guest and include a baby bed for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes include tourist taxes, which vary by city: in Lucerne CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city, maximum 30 nights charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city). For stays of 28 nights or longer, a deposit of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property. Additionally, for stays of 28 nights or longer, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
