Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby bed for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes include tourist taxes, which vary by city: in Lucerne CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city, with a maximum of 30 calculated nights); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property. Additionally, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory for stays of 28 nights or more; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
