The apartment also includes a basement compartment, which offers additional storage space.

The multi-family house is located outside the city center. In a few minutes' drive (approx. 7 minutes), you can reach Lucerne train station. The *Reussbühl, Fluhmühle* stop is 300 meters from the property, where you have regular connections to the city center.

The property is equipped with the Niederer-Connecting App. This means that you can contact us at any time and in a simple way, e.g. with a damage report.
