I am an apartment in a characteristic high-rise building at Seehaldenstrasse 28 in Rorschacherberg, and my house even has a twin. The two were built in the 1970s for the Swissair pension fund, and the bus stop in front of the door is still called Swissair today. Instead of taking you to New York, I'll take you to the 3rd floor today, without security checks and with unlimited hand luggage.
On the 3rd floor, I wait as a 3.5-room apartment with around 84 m² for new occupants. I am bright and thoughtfully cut, with a spacious living and dining area, from which you can step directly onto your balcony. Morning coffee or tea in the fresh air? Yes!
I have a few decades on my back, and I'm proud of that. In 2019, I was completely renovated from the ground up with a core renovation. Since then, my owner has lived in me himself and taken good care of me, and in July 2026, he even gave me a fresh coat of paint. I'm ready for my next chapter.
Equipment
Inside, I've made myself look nice. In my living rooms, there is naturally oiled oak parquet, perfect for sock-sliding parties and nice to look at. In the kitchen and bathroom, dark plates in stone optics provide a beautiful contrast. Through my large windows, a lot of light comes in, and outside, there's a lot of green.
And my kitchen? It can be seen. Modern V-Zug devices, plenty of storage space, and a generous work surface ensure that dinner can sometimes be a bit more elaborate.
I also have a bathroom with shower/WC and a separate WC. Those who have already waited in front of the bathroom door in the morning know how to appreciate that. And the best part: with me, you have your own washing tower. No washing schedule, no waiting for the laundry room, but washing whenever you feel like it.
Two elevators take you comfortably up to me, and in my basement compartment, there's room for what's not currently needed.
Location
With me, you live green and close to the water. Around my house, there's a lot of green space and a playground, and the beach (Lake Constance) is only a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop is right in front of the house door, it can't get any closer. You can walk to Rorschach train station in about 15 minutes, and in 5 minutes, you can sit in the Heidenerbähnli. The lake, city, and Appenzellerland are all within reach.
Other
There's also space for your car: an outdoor parking space for CHF 60, a carport for CHF 115, or a space in the underground garage for CHF 145 per month, with an e-charging station on request.
Small pets are allowed to move in after consultation, but I'm not equipped for larger ones.
I am heated with oil and gas. With two energy sources, I'll never leave you in the cold and can switch to the cheaper one when prices fluctuate.
Come visit and get to know me. And don't worry: the twin tower is definitely not offended if you choose me.
