The overall renovation of the Birkenhof has been taking place in stages over several months while the property is still occupied. Until the end of December 2026, construction work will still be carried out on the site. During this time, there may be construction noise and minor restrictions. In return, the tenants receive a temporary rent reduction. The apartments themselves are, of course, completed and ready for occupancy.
