The apartment has a large living and dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a laundry room incl. tumble dryer, a small fitness room, a shared terrace, and a garden bed where you can plant something.
The rent includes a flat rate for heating costs, which will be reimbursed or paid at the end of the year depending on consumption. WLAN is included, electricity and water costs are split 50-50, and the bill comes quarterly from the city works.

My name is Fritz, I'm 25 years old, recently finished my studies, and work full-time. I like to cook and garden, do sports, and volunteer. In the last 6 years, I've lived in 4 shared apartments and have grown to enjoy communal living.
I appreciate cooking, grilling, or watching a movie with my roommates from time to time, but also value the freedom to do my own thing.
