For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage insurance of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition. A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 also applies. These payments are to be made directly to HITrental after booking. This apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and is therefore suitable for remote work. Please note the following important information about additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby bed for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes are tourist taxes, which vary by city: in Lucerne CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city, maximum 30 nights are charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the property.
