From October 1, 2026, we will be renting a special 2.5-room apartment with approximately 65 m² of living space at Tellstrasse 22b.

The apartment

The apartment was renovated with great attention to detail and is anything but ordinary. Clear, modern elements meet color, special patterns, and carefully selected materials – without being too loud.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and freestanding Smeg refrigerator offers plenty of space for cooking, eating, and socializing. The spacious bathroom can also be proud: plenty of daylight, a large rain shower, and a modern design make for a beautiful start to the day.

Two private balconies extend the living space outdoors. And for those who want even more space in the fresh air, the communal rooftop terrace in the courtyard can be used.

The washing machine and dryer are also located directly in the apartment – small in text, but quite great in everyday life.

Life at Tellhof

Here you live in the midst of everything and yet with a small piece of neighborhood feeling. Right around the corner, there's ice cream at the Gelateria Tellhof, and in the courtyard building, the Gül Restoran serves its Turkish specialties.

As an additional offer, the house-owned Tellhof gym is available to tenants – uncomplicated, directly in the house, and exclusively for the tenants.
