HAUS IDEAL is a place with history. Where once a traditional cinema with multiplex operation, digital projection, and Dolby-3D technology thrilled numerous cinema visitors, a new, contemporary urban landscape will emerge in the future. At Kasinostrasse 13, a modern residential and commercial building made of wood is being realized, which has committed itself to sustainability, value, and future orientation.

The project combines the fantasy and adventure world of the former cinema with the contemporary concept of HAUS IDEAL. Playful arcades, a green inner courtyard, and a rooftop terrace intended for communal use invite people to come together, relax, and dream.

Do you have a business idea?

In the ground floor/basement, versatile commercial uses are planned - including shops, practice rooms, gastronomy, offices, or studios. The retail and gastronomy areas have direct internal access to the basement with a side room for possible expansion of toilet facilities and two technical rooms.

The project is located on Kasinostrasse, which is considered an important link between the historic old town and the inner-city center. Directly opposite is the Kasinopark - a valuable urban green space.
