The silo on Erlenmatt, built in 1912, was transformed by the Habitat Foundation together with the Harry Gugger Studio in 2020 into a vibrant house of encounter. Today, it combines studios, workspaces, and the boutique hostel "Silo" with a café/bar and international flair.

In the representative, high-ceilinged high parlor, an attractive commercial space with 180 m² is available. The impressive room convinces with 4.5 m high ceilings, large round windows, and the striking concrete architecture of the over 100-year-old building. A special acoustic ceiling ensures a pleasant and concentrated working atmosphere despite the generosity of the room. A special plus is the direct access to the courtyard, which opens up a variety of uses.
