Office in Basel

Working in the center of the Dreispitz development

The Dreispitz is transforming from a freight handling area to a neighborhood.

On the old railway embankment directly next to the house, a natural pool is being created with the Gleispool, and thus recreation is within walking distance to the workplace: before work, during lunch or after work. A new neighborhood is being created here and Genuastrasse 11 is in its midst. Those who secure this spot today will grow with it.

The property offers three office floors with approximately 340 m² each, individually or contiguously up to 1,032 m². The 1st and 2nd upper floors are organized as open spaces, the 3rd upper floor in individual offices.

You choose the work format that suits your team, instead of having it prescribed by the floor plan.

The spaces are fully developed and available immediately: no construction project, no waiting time, no obligation to dismantle the taken-over development.

The condition is taken into account in the conditions, the scope for your own accents remains with you.

In addition, parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers, and the canteen in the basement is open to all users of the house.

The tram stop Freilager of line 11 is located directly in front of the house, and the Basel SBB train station and the highway access are within a few minutes' reach.

Around 50 hectares of Dreispitz with a university, studios, gastronomy, and commerce, the largest contiguous industrial and service area in the region, are located nearby.
