For our storage space at Löchliweg, we are looking for a suitable subtenant from the beginning of 2027 or by agreement for a part of our storage space on the mezzanine floor.

The area intended for subletting is currently still available. Before the start of the rental, it will be spatially separated and equipped with its own access, ensuring a clear separation from our remaining storage space.

Available for co-use:

• Goods elevator

• Ramp for the delivery of goods

The premises are exclusively rented for the storage of materials. The execution of work, production, assembly, or other activities within the rental area is not permitted.
