At Hauptstrasse 24a in Bubendorf, we are renting a commercial space with a large workshop and two integrated rooms, one of which can be used as an office, effective immediately.

Bubendorf offers good infrastructure for daily work. Shopping facilities and the post office are located in the nearby area, allowing for short distances for shopping and postal errands.

The rooms have brown-red plate floors and brightly painted walls. Spacious window surfaces provide plenty of daylight in the workshop and office. The workshop is equipped with ceiling lights and a sink. The interior design is simple and functional, corresponding to the character of the old building.

The rental is part of an interim use, limited until June 30, 2030. The premises are rented in their existing condition as seen.
