The representative office building consists of two adjacent buildings, the North and South houses.

The office spaces of approximately 143 m² are located on the 1st floor of the North building. The floor is accessible via the staircase or conveniently by elevator. The rooms are modernly equipped and were newly renovated in 2016. Currently, a tea kitchen and separate toilet facilities for ladies and gentlemen are being installed.

The offer is complemented by approximately 40 m² of archive space in the basement and three to four parking spaces, which can be rented as needed.
