We are renting out a charming, unfurnished office space in a small office community in the Neustadt quarter from September 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Kitchen, bathroom, toilet are available for shared use. The rent already includes ancillary costs (electricity, heating, water, internet, and cleaning).

The office is very centrally located, close to public transport, parking, shopping, and the train station. Preferred is quiet business. Architecture, graphics, etc.
