I am looking for a sympathetic, respectful and calm person to sublet a room in a therapeutic office, immediately or as agreed, for a therapist or independent person. It is a bright place located 10 minutes on foot from Grandvaux train station and 5 minutes from the highway. Two parking spaces are available for clients/patients.

Several options are possible:

Option 1: 2 days a week: CHF 400.00/month

Option 2: 1 day a week: CHF 200.00/month

The charges are in addition to the monthly rent.
