Commerce in Uster

In the Zellweger Park Uster, a fresh workplace and meeting point is being created at Turbinenplatz.

Not yet fully completed, but the flower shop and Walter's restaurant are already set, as well as the fountain, which will hopefully soon delight every visitor. From October 1, 2026, it's going to start and we are already in the process of renting it out.

Among other things, we offer this open and spacious studio on the top floor, which is currently still under construction, as can be seen in our pictures, because the tea kitchen and the floor are still missing.

The visible wooden beams give the room its special charm, while the large windows ensure that it is flooded with natural light throughout the day. The skylights are decorated with a windowsill made of pine wood, which creates an additional contrast to the existing woodwork.

The room is complemented by a linoleum floor in the soft color rosemary-green, a pattern for which can be found in the picture gallery. A tea kitchen is still being created, which will be built for the sole use of this room. Additionally, the entrance door of the office is made of glass, so that the entrance area is open and inviting for everyone.
