The shopping center already hosts a variety of popular providers and is only 1 km away from the Töss highway exit. The "Loki" bus stop is located directly in front of the shopping center.

Access to the storage room is possible via a ramp or underground parking, and a lift is also available with a lifting platform (2T) / freight elevator (3T).

The floor is threshold-free into the warehouse and 1 power outlet is available (230V 13A).
