As of September 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting a commercial space with plenty of daylight in the 1st basement on the outskirts of Zurich-Schwamendingen. The commercial space has a toilet and a sink, as well as a separate basement compartment.

In just five minutes' walk, you can reach Stettbach S-Bahn station with connections to the SBB network and tram line 12 (airport); the tram stop of line 7 is located in the immediate vicinity. Various shopping facilities, post office, and bank are located in the nearest environment.

If desired, a double outdoor parking space (one behind the other) can also be rented for CHF 180.00/month.
