As of November 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting out these office spaces on the ground floor in a well-maintained and representative office/residential building with a usable floor area of 249.2 m2. The office spaces include two toilets for exclusive use.

The property features, among other things, a photovoltaic system, passenger and freight elevator, comfort ventilation in the central area, as well as triple-glazed windows with heat protection films.

The current and complete fit-out can be taken over on request. This includes, among other things, hollow floors for IT/power, suspended ceiling panels with lighting units (prepared for connection with cooling ceilings), as well as a tea kitchen.

Optional, a server room can be rented in the basement, equipped with comfort ventilation and split/air conditioning (including alarm monitoring in case of malfunction). If more space is required, an archive/hobby room and/or a cleaning room with sink can be offered.
