The bright dining area with large window surfaces offers around ten seats. The sales counter has a saladette, refrigerated doors, cash system, coffee machine, cooling unit, sink, and storage space.

The spacious preparation and production area offers cooling and working surfaces as well as mixers, mixing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, and freezers. Office, economat, wardrobe, and guest toilet complete the infrastructure.

The operation is focused on cold cuisine – such as bowls, salads, sandwiches, wraps, sushi, and fresh juices. The output of externally prepared food is also possible within the framework of permitted use. The location is not designed for the preparation of classic warm cuisine on site.

Start with your own idea or get to know the existing concept

You can continue the location with your own concept. If desired, a free use of the existing concept for a transition period of around one year is possible. Duration and scope of use will be agreed upon in writing. Permanent concept and brand rights are not included in the takeover price; a further takeover can be negotiated separately.
