The area, once the hub of the Maschinenfabrik Oerlikon, is today a lively location with dense pedestrian frequency, just two minutes' walk from Oerlikon train station and close to the MFO-Park.

The areas are designed as classic take-out stands: customers are served directly from the window, while production takes place inside. This form is suitable for gastronomes who want to offer their concept at a highly frequented location.

Strong current and water connections are already available - equip and start. The ancillary costs of gross CHF 1,900.- per month include electricity, water, internet, and cleaning of the common areas. A rental deposit is not required. The areas are available for rent from September.

The direct environment is characterized by numerous office buildings, whose employees already know and regularly visit the location for lunch and coffee - comparable take-out stands at the same location sell over 120 menus per lunch.
