We rent from February 1, 2027 or by agreement a craft room on the 1st basement floor at Oltnerstrasse 64e in Schönenwerd.

The location
Schönenwerd, located between the larger centers of Aarau and Olten, offers village character and yet quiet living quality. Schönenwerd is very well connected by public transport. In the village center, there are numerous shops and service offerings, including the Fashion Fish Outlet.
The schools up to and including the Maturitätsstufe are located in the immediate vicinity.
Together with various sports facilities and the Aare, you can enjoy the versatile local recreation.

The area
The craft room is located in the basement of a residential building. The access is possible via the staircase or with a lift. The room is windowless and there is no water connection or toilet available.
