Hobby Room in Zürich

As of September 16, 2026, we are renting five modern hobby rooms with an area of approximately 22 m² in the new construction project Lindore in Zürich-Altstetten. The rooms are located on the 1st to 5th upper floors (one hobby room per floor).

Important note: The rooms are not approved for residential purposes or as commercial or office spaces and cannot be used as an apartment, studio, or apartment, etc.

The hobby rooms are suitable, for example, as:

• Creative, craft, or studio space
• Workspace for quiet activities
• Storage or archive space
• Retreat for personal projects

Equipment:

• Windows with daylight
• Parquet floor
• Heating
• Power connection
• WC for shared use on the 1st upper floor

No private WC, no shower, and no kitchen available.
