Located in the heights of Montreux, in the charming village of Glion, our house benefits from a rare quality of life, between lake and mountains. Montreux, renowned for its mild microclimate, its famous Montreux Jazz Festival, and its palm-lined quays, offers an exceptional quality of life on the Vaudois Riviera. Just a few minutes away, Glion seduces with its peaceful atmosphere, its breathtaking view of Lake Geneva, and its preserved natural environment, while remaining close to amenities and transportation axes.

About the house
We are offering our furnished family house for rent for a period of three to five months.

It is a single house composed of two apartments:

• A 2.5-room apartment on the ground floor, currently rented (independently occupied),
• And the main part, which we make available, spread over the first and second floors, offering approximately 140 m² of living space.

The house also has an exceptional exterior of 4000 m², including:

• A large garden,
• A wooded area,
• A pond,
• Two beautiful, furnished terraces.

You can enjoy quality equipment, designed for comfort and relaxation:

• A sauna with a wood stove,
• A jacuzzi,
• A barbecue,
• A wood-fired pizza oven.

The environment is particularly calm and preserved, ideal for recharging.

To note: Access to the house is via a private, drivable road, and a vehicle is essential.

Why this rental?
We are a couple in our forties, and we have decided to take a sabbatical leave of a few months to travel through Europe.

During this period, we wish to make our house available to tenants who will appreciate this unique living space, take care of it, and respect it as their own.

Our approach
Beyond a simple rental, we attach importance to meeting the future tenants, to ensure that the house will be occupied in a spirit of trust and respect.

We are looking for people who are sensitive to the tranquility of the place, the surrounding nature, and the warm character of the house.

Just a few minutes away is the Glion train station, which offers:

• The train connecting Montreux and the Rochers-de-Naye, ideal for quickly reaching the center of Montreux or going on a mountain excursion,
• The Glion-Montreux funicular, allowing direct and quick access to the lake shore and CFF transportation.

These connections ensure excellent mobility, both for daily commuting and leisure, while enjoying a privileged residential area at height.
